This limitation also applies to damages caused by system failures, technical errors, computer viruses, communication failures, unauthorized access, or other unforeseen technical issues.
Shipping Responsibility
Goyalson® will take full responsibility for orders shipped to major cities where deliveries are handled through reliable courier partners such as FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart, or similar private courier companies.
Product Pricing & Availability
All product prices and availability on www.goyalson.com are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Goyalson®.
Order Cancellation by Goyalson®
www.goyalson.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or where the delivery PIN code is not serviceable. If the payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded and the user will be informed accordingly.
Incorrect Delivery Information
If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by the user (such as wrong name, address, or recipient unavailable), any additional delivery charges for re-shipment will be borne by the user.
User Information
Users agree to provide accurate, authentic, and complete information while placing an order or registering on the website. Goyalson® reserves the right to verify user details at any time. If any information provided is found to be false or incomplete, Goyalson® may reject the order or restrict the user from using the website services.
Payment & Credit Card Security
Goyalson® shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent use of a payment method lies with the user, and the user must ensure that they use their own authorized payment method when placing an order.
Complaint Period
Any complaints regarding orders must be reported within 2 days of delivery. After this period, Goyalson® will not be liable to entertain complaints related to the order.
COD Policy
Please note that partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are non-refundable.
Assembly Services
Each assembly service purchased is applicable for the assembly of one (1) chair only. For orders containing multiple chairs, the customer must purchase a separate assembly service for each chair.
Product Exchange & Color Changes
Once the product has been delivered, model exchanges or color changes are not possible. If a request for color change is made after delivery, additional logistics charges (to-and-fro cargo charges) may apply and the request will be processed only if approved and feasible. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, specifications, and color options before placing an order.
Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines below: Same-city delivery: 3–4 business days, Neighboring cities (South & West India): 7-9 business days, Neighboring cities (North & East India): 8–10 business days, Rest of India: 10–15 business days

Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if applicable).
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any related agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jind Haryana-126102.
