Do you ship to my city or location?
For a smooth and reliable delivery experience, we partner with some of the leading courier and logistics providers in India, such as FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, and Gati. These delivery partners cover most major cities and towns across India.
If your delivery address is in a rural area or far from major cities, we recommend contacting us with your PIN code before placing the order.
For certain Outside Delivery Areas (ODA), courier companies may charge additional delivery fees, which will be informed to you before dispatch.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–10 working days, depending on your location.
While we always try to deliver within the estimated timeline, unexpected delays due to logistics, weather, or operational issues may occur. In such cases, our team will keep you informed about the status of your order.
Are there any shipping charges or hidden fees?
Most orders are shipped free of charge.
When you enter your PIN code during checkout, our system will confirm whether delivery is available for your location. If your area falls under Outside Delivery Area (ODA), any applicable additional charges will be communicated to you before processing the order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number to get real-time updates on your delivery status.
